Self-destructive humans

The way humanity works doesn't make sense, it's like we came into existence already pushing a self destruct button for our species or better said the planet earth that gives us the opportunity to thrive and grow into something that adds to this cosmic universe, something that us as humans are meant to achieve and so we reproduce and try again only to make the same mistakes over and over again. Does it not seem as if we are doing things wrong? Or am I the only one? Does it not seem as we seek our destruction, or am I the only one that has opened her eyes. We kill, we go to war, we lie, we cheat, we hate, we bury. And for what? I can tell you it's certainly not to survive because if we were to live holding each others backs, in harmony and spreading love to one another, the world would be a better place, we would evolve into what we were meant to become and what we were meant to achieve. And yes it may sound super fucking hippie to you, but what's the point of this constant self destruction, if we're not going to live to see what we evolve into. Humanity sickens me and the way we have turned our fucking planet into our mannequin is so sick and so wrong that we are a disgrace to our existence. Fuck you humans, I'm not proud to be part of the species but only proud because I hope to make a change, I hope to try and I know that as long as I do, I'll know that there is still hope for our species because there are people that try and that's all it takes. A little hope goes a long way in the battle of trial and error. Just know there will be success at the end, just don't loose the hope.
